I'm about to re format(DOS) my 40gig hdisk, partition it (fdisk) then install Windows XP Pro. I'd appreciate any comments or suggestions--partition sizes, XP tips, whatever. I still have 5 hours (worth of backing up my data and idle time) before I start it.

btw I plan to partition my hdisk this way:
C: 5gig for windows
D: 1gig for temporary internet files (fragments the drv it's
located)
E: 4gig for program files nd documents
F: 6gig for gamesand save games
G: the remainder for mediafiles

did i miss anything?
