Original and patched binary versions of 9 different firmwares should also be available soon. I just need to reapply the RPC1 changes to the bitsetting firmwares and build zipfiles bundled with a short description.

Currently working on a series of firmwares for Optiarc drives including the 7170A. The working name for this series of firmwares is M series and they will be quite different from previous modified firmwares.
With so many NEC/Optiarc drives available and all essentually the same hardware. There are to many of them to develope firmwares for.
The M series will have universal strategy patches that are identical for all drives, be they SATA or PATA.

They will cover
5170A, 5170S and Sony Q170
7170A, 7170S and Sony G170
7173A and 7173S

ETA 1 - 3 days.
