I dont get it. Most webcams are 1.3MP and a lot are stil less than that. Why would I want to blow up a picture that should only look good on a 320x240 res up to 720?
Besides that, most lappys and mobos have a hd video out if I want to use Skype on my tv.
AND, for the $149 price…well no comment.
Most cameras in devices released in the last 5 years have been 640x480 capable, even if it’s via … software interpolation … Yuck.
But totally agreed. A 40/46" tv will look awful. Perhaps if these were bundled with 22" tv’s they might have a market.
