Nero DriveSpeed is a utility to set the reading speed of a CD-ROM drive.

It works under Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000 and is freeware.

The ability for limiting the reading speed of a CD-ROM drive is a must have feature for high speed drives...

Changes:

Added new method to detect and display the speed settings.

More drives are supported now.

Program does not appear on taskbar anymore if

Start Minimized is checked.

Added command line arguments. Now it is possible to set the speed, close the program and start another program in one go!.

This can be very convenient when you only want to slow down the drive when playing MP3 files.
