Asus will integrate an adblocker in its own browser. The renewed Asus Browser will be pre-installed on all new mobile devices of the Taiwanese electronics giant. The adblock technology will be provided by Adblock Plus and will be switched on by default.

IDK why ASUS is using AD Block Plus, instead of uBlock Origin. The latter has been known to use considerably less RAM than the former. I realize the former has a seemingly attractive “exceptions” list that could somehow be seen as beneficial to ASUS, but such a list could surely be ported to uBlock Origin.
