Most mobile networks don’t have the bandwidth (dedicated for single users) to supportal full HD nor the ipad 3’s native resolution streaming for video. Are they doing 1/4 pixel resolution?
Nevermind the mobile networks, most fixed networks don’t have sufficient bandwidth to support 1080p streaming at a decent bitrate, and evidently the streaming services agree because the don’t offer it.
