ive recently installed a BTC dvdr 1004 with updated fimware i already have a samsung cdrw/dvd sm-308b,both drives will read any disks with info alredy on them. they are both recognised by my system and seem to be installed correctly. im using nero 60019 on windows xp pro
when it comes to burning anything when blank disc inserted it says “insert blank media/drive not ready”
please can any one help i`ve been trying to sort this all week?

ya but the media i`m trying has already been used to record on both cdr and dvd+r
