Nero says my drive doesn't support Mt Rainer

Hi all,

Nero InCD (updated with newest version on nero.com) says that my BenQ DW400A drive does not support Mt Rainer. However, I know for a fact it does. Both the box and the web site (here: http://www.benq.com/storage/storage_dvdrw_dw400a.html) say that it does.

Does anyone know how I can get InCD to work with Mt Rainer on my drive?

The BenQ website says that your drive is Mount Rainier compliant. To me this sounds like the drive can handle the format but it hasn’t been enabled yet. Have you tried contacting BenQ for an answer? They should be able to tell you if your drive does indeed support Mount Rainier. You can also try to use Nero InfoTool so see what it detects. When your drive supports Mount Rainier Nero InfoTool will report it.
