Nero recode for burning rom 6.6

hey guys, im new to this recode thing but i have some AVI personal videos that i want to burn, so with this, where exactly do i recode it to on the programme cause their is so many options, also does it burn it as well?

i would use nerovision express, that way you can set it up the way you want to burn it and it also tells you how much you can add to the dvd before it is full.
