This is not an “upgrade”. You already have all this if you own Nero. From the Nero site: Important Remark * Nero Digital Pro is only available as a downloadable serial number. * If you are already using a full version of Nero 6 Ultra Edition, you already have all the functionalities of Nero Digital Pro.
