Nero fixation and write errors

I am burning a lot of coasters lately using CDs that have proven fine in the past. In fact, the issue started midway through both a spindle of Sony CDs and a spindle of Mitsui Gold CDs. Sometimes I get a good burn, often I get either a fixation error or a write error. Sometimes the write error shows at ~15%, sometimes at 60 or 90%. It’s a relatively new Dell Optiplex, we’ve already replaced the CD burner once when it just plain quit recognizing blank media. This burner has been in place maybe 6 weeks, and I’m burning at 32X in hopes of better results.

Here is a log from a fixation error today. Thanks in advance for any help.
