Nero Experts please help!

When compiling an audio mp3 disc, Is it possible to arrange your mp3s in any order you wish using nero 5.5 . I can’t figure out how to do it. I’d like to be able to arrange the songs in an order to my liking but the program always writes them in either alphbetical or numerical order. It won’t allow me to drag and drop them in a different order. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to change?

Have you tried their online support?

You could always rename the files on the CD starting with the number 1 etc
Or edit the play list

Sorry I cant be of more help, I don’t know nero 5.5 at all.

Yeh, because you burn the mp3’s in order, I.E. from supplied disc or playlist. Burn/copy to your hard drive then drag/drop in the order you want to a named folder of your choice using a numerical sequence again I.E. 1, 2, Ect. Then burn them to your disc.

Thanks for your help madwayne and cassy252001. I think renaming/numbering as you both suggested is the only way to do it. I was hoping there was an easier way, like just changing a setting somewhere in nero. Because that’s a lot of file renaming when the disc has nearly 200 mp3 files. but at least it can be done. thanks again!
