Nero 6.6.0.12

vbimport

#1

Just downloaded the latest Nero. Worked very well the first time (after burning 6-7 coasters in a row with DVD santa). Now I’ve burned three coasters in a row. I keep getting a write error about a minute into the burn. I tried using a couple different brands of discs, same outcome. Any ideas?
I was using BenQ 8x dvd+r, Maxell 8X dvd+r. Have a Philips 16X dvd±rw 8631 with latest firmware.

I flashed my dvd to a BenQ 1620, still burning coasters.

This error is almost always bad media. I haven’t tried benq media but maxell 8x+r is pretty good media. I would consider diffrent firmware (I think that was what jm1647 might be linking to). It is of course possible that your drive doesn’t like the media (it can happen even if the media is good quality).
