Jeez, everybody and their mothers must be trying to download this thing… is slow as hell, from where I’m standing (3 kb/s average, 2h30 just for the first package…). Anyone knows of a “faster” mirror?.. I’d really like to try this before I go to bed,and it’s already 2h45 in the morning around here… :frowning:

Really cool! my authentic Nero serial number is rejected as unlicensed.

going back…

When trying to install NeroVision Express (NVE3014), I get an error involving PhotoSnap not being installed completely. The setup cancels out and I cannot advance. Is there a way to install only certain parts of Update-Package 2? I’ve never used PhotoSnap before and rather not use it at all.

It seems impossible to get it at mom, that’s not that strange…I will wait things cool down a bit before trying the download. But as I’m reading several reports about refusal of legit serial numbers and problems to complete installation, anyone has got a positive experience there please?

If US server is too slow, try Deutch server (ftp7.de.nero.com, ftp8.de.nero.com, and so on). I’ve downloaded full set of 6.6.0.1 at 130KB/sec.

The same thing has happen to me.

It seems faster to load up to me, even from reboot. So far it has tempted me back to Nero after switching to RecordNow. Seems…snappier, more responsive. Been burning all evening - no crashes!

finally, when buring DVD’s i can select the disc capacity status bar size, in 6.3 with DL burners it was always fixed on 9GB.

But still not bitsitting for liteon drivers, is there anyway to enable it?

If it’s not OEM’d to the drive, apply compatible non-Liteon branded firmware.

It’s just STUPID, it keeps being said that Liteon requested it’s removal (6.3.1.17 DID have Liteon bitsetting), but that is plain STUPID, when Liteon provide a utility to do bitsetting, but nowhere near as convenient as just flipping an option in Nero.

Just what I always wanted, an invalid key. However, if I enter it everytime I start nero express it will work. It won’t remember the key though. If I try to enter it in startsmart or vision express it tells me it is invalid.

Back to the old version for me. Once I find a place to download it.

Yes, i just notice that :iagree: but i dont see more changes, i updated from 6.3.1.25.

Just got to my PC after work and I was wound for sound about updating my Nero and I’ll be damned if it doesn’t tell me “INVALID KEY” What is up with that??? Oh well, disc-at-once/96 works in v6.3.1.25 anyway!!!

Yeah, things do escalate - Ahead is out for legal brawl insisting my SN is illegal. My dealer is now involved since it is not my business – we will see how far this matter goes.

Anyone tried the short lead-out feature with Audio CD’s ?
