Need prog for .ape files

hey all
i need a free program to convert .ape files into mp3.
does anyone know a free program that can do that?

use monkeys audio or alternativly easy cd-da extractor

i tried monkey audio.
for some reason every time i try to input the file, it closes on me even though i can listen to the song on media player classic.
so i want to try a different prog.
