Need Advice

Okay reading all the reviews on CD burners has done my head in. They all have their good and bad points but I’m leaning away from TDK and Plextor for a Liteon LTR-48246S.

Would this be a good choice??

Thanks in advance

First of all, there’s no reason to lean away from TDK drives since all the latest versions
of those have nothing but the LiteOn’s hardware, in other words, they are rebadged LiteOns.

Secondly, since there’s no the 24x CDRW media currently available on the market,
there would be very premature to go for this drive.
And moreover, for the price of 1 Liteon LTR-48246S you’d be able to get 2 full drives like for instance
Plextor PX-W4012A and LTR-40125S ( the latter one you could OC to the 48x ).

So, of course the choice’s completely yours. I’ve just expressed my thoughts aloud
