Also I do not see how you can Decrypt the "IMG" files back to a VIDEO_TS folder to burn with Elby Clone DVD... I load the image up in DVDDecryptor but the source destination available is only the NEC2500A and not the Hard Drive and a folder....
The skipping and jumping is a symptom of poor media. The burn engine in Decrypter is outstanding. I do some 80% of all of my burns with Decrypter. It has yet to fail me the first time. Are you aware that DVD Decrypter is the most popular program in its class - by far? It didn't get that popularity with a poor burn engine, I assure you. Did you do any research on it or just jump to conclusions?
You don't "see" how you burn back to a folder, because you don't understand what you're working with. An IMG file is a binary image of the entire DVD. The bits which define EVERYTHING on that DVD, including the VIDEO_TS folder are embedded in the IMG (or ISO) file. Imagine, if you can, that you do a binary dump of a complete floppy from the first track to the last - that's essentially what you have in an IMG or ISO file. Do you "see" now?
