NEC 2510A can't write SMARTBUY DVD-R 1-4X. Why?

My NEC 2510A can’t write info into 1-4X DVD-R by SMARTBUY.
Tested on firmware 2.05/2.06/2.15/2.16/2F7 with any patches &
NERO BR 6.3.1.25 …

Where i can receive LATEST alpha/beta/patched/other firmware for
this hardware ?
