My DVD Drive is Unavailable

Help!
I re-installed my Windows a month ago and since then my DVD Drive is Not Working.
It gives me some error message that its unavailable or something a.
There is a picture in the attachment of the folder My Computer.
(The DVD drive is named D: and it has a question mark next to it :sad:)

Are your cables seated all the way in the sockets?
What is the make and model for the drive?
You have four drives, C plus tree other. Are they SATA or IDE?

Go to Device Manager and Uninstall the drive. Shut down Windows, wait about 10 seconds and restart. See if it will find the drive and reinstall it.
