My dvd decrypter wont work

my dvd decrypter and imgburn wont work :a it keep saying this

What does ImgBurn say?

i delete it but its says the same thing

Open ImgBurn. It will create a new log. Then copy the info.
Does Windows see the drive?

Does your Windows Explorer show your DVD drive ?
Usually if you only have one it is drive D:
If Windows Explorer shows your drive then put a working DVD(already burned or a commercial DVD) in the drive.
What information does it show if any ?
DVD Decrypter has under Tools Search for SCSI / ATAPI devices try selecting that .
Also try the ISO mode & see if it finds your drive.

You didn’t answer my questions but give the link below a read .The problem is similar.


It would seem to be a driver problem or possibly a bad cable.
