My DVD Burner ATAPI iHAS120 will not burn anythign I alwayts get errors

Ok I really have no idea what the problem is all i know is that whenever I try burning something it starts out but then it fails giving an error. This has happened multiple times with DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink, DVDFab5, I think even iTunes, Alcohol 120%, and Nero Burning Rom. I have tried burning different things movies, isos, and even music they all fail with this burner idk if its just messed up or if its the drivers. The burner is identified as an ATAPI iHAS120. here are 2 log files.

Johnatan10 I reccomend that you edit your post and remove the serial number for windows, probably too late already, be careful in the future not to disclose this type of information.
How do I edit my post and thanks for the advice
There should be a ‘Edit Button’ on the bottom right of your post.

Editing a post is only possible within 30 minutes after submission.

Serial # has now been edited out.

thanks a lot guys so do you have any idea as to what could be the problem?
