My 1213S @ 1633S scan

Hey all,

This is my first post here, though I have been lurking in the shadows for a while :bigsmile:

I am hoping to get some opinions on this scan; I’ve burned a few discs so far and they all seem to end up very similar, almost flawless except for a single peak somewhere on the disc. The peak has occured in a different location each time, so perhaps it could this be due to media rather than the drive itself?

Overall, I’m very pleased with the results of my crossflash, and the tools and info available in this forum are first rate (thanks so much!!). I’m just a little concerned with the peaks I’m getting on these scans; hopefully someone can clue me in on what’s happening here.

Looks good! Next time right click in those charts and choose “Delete highest value”. That will remove those singular spikes and rescale the graphs.

Don’t forget to scan at 4x instead of Max.

I think this did the trick; here’s a scan of a new disc I burned today… came out flawlessly.
