I doubt that Nero knows anything about the cdplayer.ini database.
Maybe you could export your Nero database to cdplayer.ini, but I don't know how and I doubt very much that it can be done.
Feurio can do it, as well as other programs.
You would have to insert every disc made with Nero in order to enter it into the Feurio databases. I think it's enough to insert it in order to add it to the "Personal background database" (the "Personal DB" button below the "CD-Text" button is for adding it to the "Personal Database". Not necessary I'd say).
After adding the discs to the Feurio database, go to the "Database" tab, select the discs you want to export to cdplayer.ini, and press "Export to cdplayer.ini" in the Database menu.
Also, what do I need to have checked in the setup of Feurio so it adds this info to the cplayer.ini file each time I create a new comp using it?
I think there's nothing in the program parameters to configure.
Every time a CD is burned, a CD-Manager dialog will appear asking if you want to add it to the databases. This dialog can be disabled, so that could be a reason if it doesn't appear to you.
