do i need to instal quicktime if i already have ffdshow-tryouts?does ffdshow support .mov files?
You shouldn't need quicktime. What media player are you using?
wmp 11 and real player 11 and i have quickttime alternative which i intend to remove if it's ok to do so !
Well, I don't have WMP or RealPlayer installed, but why don't you just open a .mov video with WMP and see if it plays?
Myself I would get rid of Real Player as it installs a lot of crap on your computer that isn't needed
