Six or six to eight weeks? No offense or anything, but that is a storm in a glass of water in my mind.
As long as they fix the problem - I'll still update and use FF.
Whata storm in the coffee cup!
They should slim the fat fox in the first place!
I really liked firefox but they kept making needless changes and I found I liked it less and less.  I'm pretty happy with Pale Moon which is based on Firefox, but doesn't have all the GUI changes they made the past few years....
But nothing stays the same forever...that how I come to view it. I changed and updated the Browser to fit my need and so it works good now.
I quite like Firefox but I also use IE as well.
A tad slower and it had its heydays more or less while FireFox was 32-bit only, but yes, I do use it from time to time
I still see android updates every time I look.. so not an universal cycle..Firefox went from a 4 megabyte web browser on android to over 40mb's, WTH?!?
As great as Firefox is, it needs to stop getting bigger. At worse, it should remain the same, at best it should start slimming down.
You know it's open source and if you want to do what your asking one should contribute to the development of FireFox.
