As if that is going to help... I have said it time and time again:
Reasonable pricing and campaigns to change the attitude is the only thing that is going to help.
If you start off thinking in greedy terms, you get what is coming to you. That was the road ahead they chose and now they complain because it did not work? I have to inform you, since you obviously are to ignorant to see it yourself, that you created this attitude towards downloading yourself.
It has nothing to do with laws and changing the law simply will not help. Look at countries with a strict law on the subject... Are there less downloading there? Nope, downloading only adds different anonymity features to make it less obvious.
I really do not care if they 'win' in court, they have already lost this fight long ago and have many a mile to go before rectifying the attitude they managed to create themselves...
