MOSER BAER DH-22A8S + DVD writing problem

CD, DVD and (Ultra HD) Blu-ray Writers

I am trying to write a DVD using Nero and MOSER BAER DH-22A8S.

However, everytime after writing 1%, it gives error of communication failure
and then writes some “short lead out” and exits.

I am attaching the complete report.

Please help me to make this working properly
