It does this every time, with every disc I have tried? It doesn’t show an error on the program at all until I get fed up and cancel it. When I try to burn it says it’s writing but it never gives me a “task time left” and my percent completed stays at 0%. Please help me

Do you have any other media?
RITEKF1 is pretty bad media

Nope I sure don’t… not until payday at least. Is that the problem?

With your burner most likely. Here is a list of media that should work.I use verbatum.

Your burn log indicates some confusion re: packet writing vs. SAO.
Try changing to SAO (? already set) and set burn speed at 4X.

Bless you again, I wrote it down. We’ll see what happens Friday when my hubby gets paid =)

You guys really are awesome… followed your advice, had my first successful burn this morning. I looked for verbatim discs, didn’t find any. I ended up buying Maxell discs (found them on sale at office depot, 100 of them for 23 bucks) and changed the settings you guys suggested, popped it in, and it fired right up. Bless yall bless yall bless yall. Now I need to go dig my credit card out of my purse to register my program =)

Mina, here are the settihng that I use and NEVER have had a problem with FAB Platinum on any movie yet, hope this helps
