lets say u get some kind of 22 inch lcd monitor and the maximum resoloution for it may be somthin like 1980x900… does that mean that u can not run 2560x1600 resoloutions that are with high end graphics cards or what?
The highest native resolution for a 22" lcd monitor that I am aware of is 1920 x 1200. LCD’s will always look best at their native resolution, so you really don’t want to go higher.
The graphics card can output in any number of different resolutions, but you’ll need a really good reason for something other than the native resolution.
O. i c lol. thanks
long time no see btw
As Kerry is stating there is no 22" monitor that will support 2560x1600 resolution.
You cannot exceed the native resolution of the monitor.
Now if you got some cash I know there are 30" monitors that will support that resolution.
Yeah I wasn’t too sure about going over the native resolution…I didn’t think it was possible, but was about to look it up and confirm that. Luckily Platinumsword showed up and saved me some work.
Good to see ya around the joint DJ B.
