Notes: Using MBIPG101 R05 strategy is logical, as these discs were essentially MCC-spec when this firmware was made. And clearly that paid off, as this burn has the best jitter I have burned in years! Even my 2009 batch had 8-9% at best, not to mention the ridiculous 10-15% jitter found in modern MCC burns. The CD-R like 7% jitter found here would have been considered good even in 2007. So I think this is the best burn of this batch, and as you can see the Samsung has officially beaten the LG for this batch.
The only gripe is the PIF’s are distributed more constantly (vs previous scan) and aren’t exactly record-breaking, but that’s imo compensated by the perfect jitter line and value. PIE’s are nice too, no 20+ spikes.
