Media: BD-R MILLENMR1
Media Mfr: Ritek/Ridata
Brand: Millenniata M-DISC 4x BD-R, branded, 3pk
Drive: Pioneer BDR-208M
Interestingly enough, the BDR-208M didn’t have any problem at all reading an M-DISC BD-R it burned itself.
In fact, it is read by all my drives, including the iHBS112 and the GGC-H20L, at maximum speeds. Queer.
Disc Quality Scan
My first scan detected a bad BIS spike right at the beginning of the disc, but this seemed to be an anomaly. I think I hit the drive or was doing something or other at the time (maybe opened another instance of Opti Drive Control). The second scan yielded a pretty good result except for a BIS spike:
This is very close to this drive’s performance at this speed with the highly regarded MEIT02 (SL version).
