Looks like they aren’t trying hard enough… :Z

On the other hand Windows 7 didn’t need that much effort and the move was alot less painful after waiting for SP1.

The way they implemented this is ridiculous I must have wasted 500 GB of download on this instead of a sensible standalone offline installer

I’m waiting for it to be:

  1. available as an offline installer (for installation on dozens of pcs)
  2. not part of the Microsoft store.

It should be available as a servicepack .msi…by forcing it through the store,is NOT good business practice…

And they didn’t learn from their mistakes.:disagree:,lots of users who needed a MS hotfix before they were able to install the 8.1 spring update through windows update…:Z
