Microsoft and NATO today announced they signed an agreement that provides access to the source code of Microsoft products. The American company will also share information about vulnerabilities and threats with NATO.

If private companies like Hacking Team can make money selling undisclosed, zero-day vulnerabilities to governments, it was inevitable that the big boys would eventually want a piece of the action. :iagree::stuck_out_tongue:

If you want Microsoft source code, you could become a member of a powerful government, and establish an exclusive agreement, presumably one that is never 100% reviled to the public. If you want source code for GNU/Linux, um… just download it.
