Microsoft’s Edge browser will no longer play Flash content on websites that’s not central to the web page. The company will intelligently auto-pause such content.

What about HTML5 content. That is becoming by far the annoying one as it plays automatically in the background on news sites.

Somehow I doubt Microsoft will be giving its users any control over annoying HTML5 videos anytime soon. After all, their aim is to pretend to be on the cutting edge of technology, [B]NOT[/B] to give the users the control they so rightfully deserve. If Microsoft really wanted to give users control of their machines, they would liberate their users by publishing their source code under a Free (as in freedom) Software licesnse.
