Microsoft today made announcements about a new large update for Windows 10 during its October Event. The update was previously, and internally, known as Redstone 2, but after today it’s known as the Windows 10 Creators Update.

And they didn’t listen to the testers and intelligent minds before hand and now they are saying they are listening? This can only go so far… :doh:

There’s nothing new or exciting coming in this update. I can’t say I’m surprised, since Microsoft almost never makes anything I look forward to actually having. I like minor gimmicks as much as the next guy (who, I assume, doesn’t like them at all), but there has to be something that’s actually worth having for people like me to be interested.

I will admit I am slightly intrigued by the support for 3D printers, but, since I have no use for 3D printers, I won’t be installing this update. Of course, there’s also the fact that I don’t have Windows 10, but even if I did, I still wouldn’t install this update. No totally-not-Service-Pack-2 for me, thank you.
