Starting the 12th of January 2016, Microsoft will no longer release updates for older versions of Internet Explorer. The company urges users to upgrade to the latest version of the browser.

I like QupZilla, as it uses only a tiny amount of RAM and disk space. It works on Windows, Mac, GNU/Linux, and likely other Unix systems. It has an ad blocker, Grease Monkey, and a clickable Flash blocker built in. Also it’s Free (as in freedom) Software, licensed under the GNU GPL v3.

All part of Microsoft’s campaign to “force” users to “upgrade” to Win10 methinks.

I not used Windows Explorer or updated it in over 4 years. Hate it. Wish I could uninstall it.
