MegaUpload’s Kim Dotcom denied bail by New Zealand judge.

Schmitz was arrested in New Zealand recently for operating MegaUpload, a cyber locker service that allows users to upload and share files. Now Schmitz is being denied bail by a New Zealand judge.

There is a high probability that Schmitz would not stay in the country, so this decision [I]is [/I]quite normal. Not a special Kimschmitz treatment.

Especially Warez and Moviez.

He doesn´t want to be put on trial in the US, so if he was out on bail he could quite easily leave the country and head back to Germany. Germany doesn´t have an extradition treaty with the US so he would be quite safe there!

As Mciahel said, nothing unusual so far.
