MediaTek Chipsets

I've been looking up MediaTek chipsets (used in Liteon drives) on Google for over an hour, but I could not find anything.
What kind of processors are these (MT1816e, 1818e)? How can we dasm them via IDA?

Mediatek chipsets use an i8032 cpu core.
