Media suggestions needed... 3500A + AD-7220S

It’s been a long time since I bought a drive…

I’ve had great luck with my 3500 drive, so I’m going with a 7220 next.

I need suggestions for media for both. I’ve been using TY +R media with good results (for me). That is to say that my burns have played without problems in every drive I have. Now I’m completely out of it (Fuji TY from black friday 2004 or 5).

I want something that burns well in both drives as I will still be using them in different computers.

Also I would like to buy from Newegg when I buy the drive if possible.

Media that should work well with both (and almost any) drives and that is still available:

MCC02 RG20 = Verbatim 8x DVD-R
MCC03 RG20 = Verbatim 16x DVD-R
MCC 004 = Verbatim 16x DVD+R

YUDEN000 T02 = Taiyo Yuden 8x DVD+R

If I remember correctly, YUDEN000 T03 (Taiyo Yuden 16x DVD+R) isn’t particularly well supported on the NEC ND-3500AG.

I don’t remember how Taiyo Yuden 8x/16x DVD-R media works with the NEC 3500 and I don’t have my scans available right now.

There may be other media that works well on both drives.
