Media Code block (DVD Identifier)

Anybody knows how to interpret the adip information of dvd +/- R (media code block of DVD Identifier by Kris Schoofs)? below is the example, what does ASCII value means?

well it’s hex not ascii and RICOHJPNR00 means 2.4x disc. Apparnatly very good discs for overspeeding.
