is there a tool to convert MDF files to CCD?
it could be done in a roundabout way using virtual drives but why would you want to do that? if you want to burn it just use the trial version of alcohol and if you only want to mount it you can download daemon tools and use it for free.
just wanted to experiment with Twin Peaks on an image I had sitting on the HD. I'll give the virtual drives a go in DT. I forgot all about that. Thanks.
It's very easy to do that: Mount the MDF using Alcohol's virtual drive. Read the virtual drive's contents using Alcohol 120% and save them in CCD format.
yep thanks vio_man. It never dawned on me that I could use the virtual drives to do that for some reason. I have seen the light (tm). Thanks again guys.
