Got an 100 CB of maxell 16x -R today, turns out to be RitekF1. As far as I see almost all discs has some sort of defects at recording side, tiny scratches, something that looks like microscopic lacquer particles and so on, The spindle was sealed so it has not been opened by others before.
Anyone else seen this behaviour with these discs?
Here is an result with NEC AD-7203. More to follow.
