Compare in what way?
They'll probably work fine. If you take care of them, they'll probably last a decent amount of time.
If we had the choice between Ritek and TY CD-R for important things, I think most would choose TY, but wouldn't mind the Ritek.
That said, you can tell us how well they get along with your car and how long they last. Car stereos are known to often be fickle, and we've often had to recommend use of TY media as part of the troubleshooting process, but if they work for your, then there's not much to worry about.
But if you can find TY media (marketed as JVC Taiyo Yuden in many cases) for a comparable price, and you find the Ritek to be lacking, maybe trying those would be worth it. You wouldn't necessarily get the same surface for writing with markers, but you might find something decent.
