Mary Poppins and the Mary Poppins remastered edition (german version code 2) Will not backup correctly. Both fail in the same fashion. The will only record upto chapter 21. The remaining three chapters are not copied but are replaced with some of walt disneys advertising. It seems there is some confusion here as the preview screen displays the movie to the end but Clone DVD will not create an ISO with the movie upto the end.

Dissapointedly yours Chraezer.

Hoi Olli

I am using 2.8.2.1 and 5.1.1.1 although I have tried this with the various flavours available over the last few weeks.

I have tried with

Mary Poppins: Special Collection UPC 011846003564
Mary Poppins: Special Edition UPC 717418012700 (released 13.01.2005)

What may be of interest is that after browsing through the forum I came across the idea of splitting the film with the chapter selector. This has enabled me to copy chapters 21 to 25 succesfully. I will now try with a split in the middle. This is for me optimal as the full movie is to long for the kids and the original can stay safe from their scratchy fingers.

I ordered this one to have a look myself.

I have now tried Mary Poppins: Special Edition UPC 717418012700 (released 13.01.2005). Guess what - no problems at all. I made a full copy (second button), and there is no “chapter replacement”. Could you please teach me, how to reproduce your problem?

I am sorry to say I expected as much. I tried full copy and the first button “DVD Titel Kopieren” with every variation thereof. It would not do it for me. Maybe I should do a complete unistall reinstall next should I encounter this problem again. I am very sorry that you have gone to all this trouble to find a non-repeatable error. For this I offer my most sincere apologies. Other than this one incident I have found CloneDVD2 a most useful program.

Apologetically yours Chrazer
