I have a question, and I am completely new to this site. I figured if anyone would know, it would be you folks here (sorry if I posted this thread in the wrong place)....now my question...
I have a DVD at home that has college seminars on it. It has over 12 hours of low quality video. Now my question is how can I put this many hours of lower quality video on one DVD (4.7 GB). The video's I want to burn to disc are NOT the same as the college classes (just in case someone was wondering why I didn't simply copy the original disc).
I know this is possible, as I have a DVD with that much video on it, so somewhere there must be a program that allows this. I am also not worried about grainy video, as the video I want to put on this disc is low quality to begin with. Is there a program that will allow this kind of compression? My DVD player does not play Divx, nor avi files, so I know that this disc I have is straight up DVD files.
So basically, to put it simple....I want to put many hours of low quality video on one disc without further reducing the video quality. Each video I have (avi) is around 130 minutes, to 200 minutes long. They are about 300 to 400MB in size. There certainly must be some program that will allow me to burn up to 10 hours of low quality video to one disc.
Oh, one more thing, I have Windows XP for an operating system...(might be important =D)
Thank you very much for your help!
