Hi and welcome to the forum :slight_smile:

What is the brand? Pioneer, LG, Philips… or whatever? “3475/37” only is not sufficient to make a search :slight_smile:

Kathya, is there any particular task we can help you with? The manual is usually pretty useless in most cases with DVD drives.

I guess it’s somewhere here: http://www.p4c.philips.com/files/d/dvdr3475_37/

“esp” as part of the filename may indicate the spanish language. Haven’t checked deeper since Philips servers seem to be connected via 56k modem at the moment. :rolleyes:

I have DVD Phillips 3475 record.I use it to watch movies, but not record because the manual is in frances.I speak Spanish and I like to get the manual in Spanish and if you can … in English.

All you really need is software to use the drive. If you want to make DVD discs of data or movies you can use a free program called IMGburn (imgburn.com). If you want to make audio CD’s then you can use a program called winamp (winamp.com) both are free.

It’s a standalone DVD Recorder and I doubt any of that software is going to help her at all…:rolleyes:

Contact Phillips and ask if a link to their manual is available online…

More or less blind guess, since Philips server is powered by slugs or something like that:
http://www.p4c.philips.com/files/d/dvdr3475_37/dvdr3475_37_dfu_aen.pdf (English Manual, confirmed)
http://www.p4c.philips.com/files/d/dvdr3475_37/dvdr3475_37_dfu_esp.pdf -->

GRABADOR DE DISCOS DE VIDEO DIGITAL
DVDR3475/37
Manual del usuario

(is that Spanish?)

see post #4 of this thread :wink:
