I sure hope he wins.
"TransPimentel" has a nice ring to it, I love companies suing someone because they feel them inferior and "Too poor to sue." We need to be making suing companies easier, not harder. I shall note said company and not do business with them.
Make the losing party pay the court costs and escrow 10% of their requested award in cash to be disbursed to the defendant for the hassle of dragging them into court. Also, have the losing attorney pay the winning attorney's fees. Then we will see far fewer frivolous lawsuits and we will have far fewer ambulance chasing attorneys leeching off society.
UTR you do not really want to do this do you, if you did all those attorneys would be out of jobs and they will turn to politics. We have way to many attorneys in congress already.
Sorry, you are totally wrong there, you can't get more lawyers in politics than there are now! Okay, technically you could have 100%, but that is an increase of maybe 1%. No, Lawyers should be prohibited from serving in political office.
I agree ,I hate lawyers ,there liars and have no conscience for the victims involved. As long as they make the big bucks nothing will change. And that 's has to do with them in Washington, they don't care for the lower paid person unless your shelling out cash for something ,tha'ts how bills are passed you vote for this bill and in return I'll help pass your bill.so they all come out smelling like a rose.It covers up the stink.
