You cannot make a CD containing MP3 files, that will play in a CD player which doesn’t support playing MP3 files.
You can however make a normal Audio CD from MP3 files, that will play in such a CD player. There are many tools that can accomplish this, but Burrrn is one of the easiest ones (and it’s free).
You cannot put more than approx. 80 minutes of audio on the CD, however (using a normal CD-R).

EDIT: Since this is the Nero forum, you may already have Nero installed, which can accomplish the same thing as Burrrn - but since Nero can do all sorts of other things, it might not be as easy as using the simple Burrrn tool.
