LTR-52327S: When I try to Burn At 4x It keeps jumping up to 16x when it try to burn

I am using a BUSLINK cd-RW, Lite-on. When I try to burn at a low speed it keeps jumping up to at lease 16x and cause and invalid write state. I have only been able to burn one time after days and days of trying. after the one burn I have never been able to burn again. help me please

Audio CD must be written in DAO not TAO.

There’s also no legitimate reason to be burning anything at 4x with that burner.

Well, unless you got stacks of 4x CD-RWs :wink:

But try not to - 4x burns on this thing give really shitty quality. The drive gives best results in the 32x-48x range; The further you get from there, the worse the quality gets and the more C1/C2 errors seem to pop up. 4x burns look terrifyingly hideous with that drive (One I did when I first got it, thinking the drive would act like my old Mitsumi (Slower=Better quality), had over 20,000 C1 errors!!!)
