Looking for plain vanilla jewelcase print prog

Hi ~ I’m looking for a WinXP jewelcase CD printing program that:

  1. does not print covers or artwork; I only want the song and contents data;
  2. uses Freedb;
  3. preferably stand-alone;
  4. freeware;
  5. preferably one-button operation: stick a CD in, hit the switch, & get an insert.

Any recommendations?
